1.Goats
Goats mainly grow in China North, Mongolia, Iran, Afghanistan highly cold and half deserted areas. The annual production of cashmere is only 10000 tons or so, accounting for 0.2% of animal fibre. The cashmere production of our nation accounts for 60% of the world’s total. Inner Mongolia accounts for 60% of our national cashmere production. The products from ALPELS in west Inner Mongolia have a superior quality : long and fine, highly appreciated as the best cashmere in home and abroad, wins the Italian 柴格纳 CASHMERE PORDUCTION PRIZE in 1985.
2.Cashmere
Cashmere is a kind of fine pashmina grown on goats’ skin, hides at the root of coarse wool , grown out at the beginning of Winter , resisting the windy cold ; fallen off at Spring when weather becomes warm ; be seasoned with climate naturally.
3.Sort .Wash
Sort means making handwork for loose, classify, assort the grades , clear the colored pashmina 、wool and other wastes at maximum。
　　Wash refers to the process for coarse wool 过轮after sort with chemical and mechanical methods , making grease , sweat and other wastes passed, making out the intrinsic color with loose , softness and stretchy traits.
4. Combing ;dyeing
Used by wool comber to separate the coarse wool , dusts etc from pashmina , gainning the dehaired goats wool; Dyeing means dyed the materials in dye vat for desired colors after combing .
5. Spinning
Spinning is a process to mix, comb, stretch and twist the dehaired goats wool , making them yarn with definite thickness , twist and strain. Spinning divided into worsted and slub kinds . the slub yarn have low counts, generally in 20um compare to worsted yarn’s 60um, and worsted yarn have a high requirement to dehaired goats wool .
6.Weaving
According to custumer’s requirements and the project standards to make technical designs for measurements ,outward appearance and measurement ,weaving to desired shaped cloth on the 横机.
7.Sets deduction
In accordance to the technical requirements ,making corresponding sewing of the waving shaped sweater clothes. sew to be suitable for wearing .
8.Last arrangements
Refer to the patterned sweaters , apply to the directional attrition’s effects, making them washed and shrinked, shrinking out part of fibres from the yarn, covering on the surface of the cashmere sweater ,softy and smothy them, softy again , pressed shaped ,that’s all the process of finalizes.
9.Inspection ,package
In accordance to customer’s requirements,technical requirements and national & international standards , inspect the semi-products and finished products measurements , outward appearance and various physical and chemical standards, packaging the eligible products apply to customer’s requirements.
